Ava Bell designs have been ethically manufactured in, Canada, since 1991.

Our Pin Up Doll Collection was created in homage to the glamorous
leading ladies of Classic Hollywood. The "Golden Age" of the 1940's & 50"s,
and the sexy sirens of the 1960's & 70's.The look is fun, fashionable & flattering!

But looks aren't everything. Though much emphasis is placed on style in the
swimwear market, in todays’ disposable society, the same emphasis is not
always given to construction .At Ava Bell Designs we are equally
concerned with the quality of our products as we are with the design.

Our fabrics are 82% polyester and 8% Lycra unless otherwise stated. All of
our swimsuits are lined - completely when needed. Top stitching is done with
double needles ,so edges & leg openings maintain their shape. We only use
knitted, lingerie elastic .Unlike the standard rubber elastic used by the
industry in general. Knitted elastic dramatically improves comfort & reduces
that "digging in" feeling.

All one piece designs in thePin Up Doll Collection 
(excluding the Carmen OP) have built in shelf bras for comfortable 
support, withoutunder wires.X-small & small, one pieces &
bikini tops have removable soft bra cups.

Our swimwear is made to last more than one season. We don't cut corners by
using sub standard manufacturing technics or materials . By continuing to
manufacture in Canada we are able to maintain the highest standard of
quality. Quality our customers have depended on, for almost 20 years.
